Bio:
Jon Goheen practices corporate commercial litigation. He joined CBM Lawyers in 2014 after practicing for ten years at a national law firm in Vancouver. His practice has included contract disputes, shareholder and corporate governance matters, real estate and commercial tenancy issues, foreclosure, construction law and builders liens, and intellectual property. He has extensive arbitration experience and has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia, and been involved in matters in the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and administrative tribunals.
Jon and his wife live in Langley with their two daughters. They have an active sporting and musical life and are very involved in their community.
