As Human Resources Manager, Nicole specializes in HR strategy, workforce planning, structuring, performance analysis and development, policy and talent acquisition while ensuring alignment with the firm’s business objectives.

With over 20 years of legal industry experience and over 18 years of HR experience she has a proven track record of being dedicated to creating both a positive and collaborative work environment while enhancing team productivity. Nicole brings valuable insight in HR management, marketing and operations from her previous role at a mid-size firm in Surrey before joining CBM this year.

Collaborating with CBM’s management team and partners, Nicole leads the firm’s HR vision. Creating and implementing short- and long-term initiatives to support organizational goals.

Passionate about employee engagement and growth, Nicole has served on Kwantlen Polytechnic University LAA Program board and continues to dedicate her time to the development of students in the LAA Program.

Outside of work Nicole enjoys her time with her two high energy children, and when her and her husband are not at lacrosse and soccer games they are either camping, dirt biking or surfing in the sun.
