Bio:
Janice Papp has close to 30 years of experience as a lawyer, having practiced in both British Columbia and Alberta. After 24 years of enduring the winters in Calgary, Janice made the decision to move to a warmer climate in the Fraser Valley. Her roles over the years have ranged from in-house counsel for a Real Estate Investment Trust to a partner of a full-service firm. Her focus is on providing superior client care in the areas of real estate purchases, sales and refinancing as well as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. She possesses a great deal of compassion which is most obvious when assisting clients with difficult situations such as probate matters.

Activities:
Janice enjoys educating people about her practice areas, whether it is giving “tips” to brokers and realtors or speaking engagements to the general public. She has spoken to groups on how to plan for the future where disabled children are concerned as well as estate planning for blended families.
Janice has a passion for horse-back riding and a love/hate relationship with running. She has completed 3 marathons and dozens of half marathons.
