Erin was born and raised in the Brookswood area of Langley. After graduating from Brookswood Secondary School, Erin attended the University of British Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. In September 2012, Erin began law school at the University of Calgary. During law school, Erin actively volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada as a Director of the Aboriginal Outreach Project at Siksika First Nation and as an instructor for the Elementary Mock Trial Project. Erin also received the Vallance Prize for the most understanding and ability in the field of Family Law.
Erin currently lives in Langley City with her husband. She enjoys spending time outdoors and pursuing many fitness activities including Olympic-style weightlifting, road cycling, and yoga.
